Our deluxe two-room apartments! Freshly renovated and awarded five stars, these exclusive holiday flats offer a particularly stylish ambience with extra services. They have been fitted with either a high-quality parquet floor (flat no. 1 & no. 3) or carpet (flat no. 6).

Included services and little extras

By the way: With the new „Konus-Gästekarte“ you can use the train and bus network of the RVF and SBG free of charge for excursions in the entire region during your stay. Contact us, we will advise you on planning your excursions.

Parking

Parking spaces have been created for you directly at the holiday home and have just been widened. In addition, a parking space in the underground garage is available to our guests on request (for a fee).

The chalet has its own garage parking space on the property.

Tourist tax / Additional charges

Tourist tax: Adults: 2,70 EUR per person and night, children from 6 years: 1,00 EUR per child and night
Bread delivery service, Drinks service
Underground car park: 10,- EUR per day.
Pets: 50,- EUR per stay.

Arrival and departure

Our apartments are ready to occupy from 2pm on.
Please vacate your apartment by 10am at the latest on the day of your departure (later arrival and departure times are possible on request).

Reservations and payment

Please transfer a deposit of 20% of the total fee when reserving your apartment. You can then pay the remainder of your bill on the day of your departure. We accept payment in cash, EC-card or credit card.

Short stays

For short stays (up to 5 nights) we charge a surcharge of 20,- EUR per night.

Cancellations

If you are unable to arrive, please let us know in good time.

Reservations can be cancelled without incurring any charge up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival. The following charges are due in the case of cancellations:
15 % for cancellations received 42 to 15 days before the reserved date of arrival,
30 % for cancellations received 14 to 8 days before the reserved date of arrival,
60 % for cancellations received 7 to 1 day before the reserved date of arrival and
90 % for cancellations received on the reserved date of arrival.

If you do not arrive on the agreed date and/or if you do not provide notice of cancellation of an ordered service either by telephone or in writing, a charge of 90 % of the price agreed for the ordered service shall be due.
